Another huge year of actions around the clubhouse and residence.  

The following is a summary of what has been happening. 

  • Replace the broken front door. 

  • Entire new entrance area to protect from the elements. 

  • Air conditioners for the tower. 

  • Replaced the broken opening windows in the Tower and all bunk rooms. 

  • Blinds for the Tower windows. 

  • A new high pressure automated window cleaning system for the Tower. 

  • New Ice Machine. 

  • New hand dryers in all bathrooms. 

  • Replaced all refrigerators at the clubhouse 

  • Ordered new mobile Board Rack, IRB Motor Rack, IRB Boat rack, Work bench, PPE/Buoy rack. 

  • All new Indoor Sensor lighting indoors and Outdoors. 

  • Repaired and expanded CCTV 

  • New fobs 

  • Replaced or repaired all 4 garage doors 

  • Rubbish bin hardstand and cage. 

  • Concrete apron and wash down area outside gear shed to stop so much sand coming inside. 

  • Repaired retaining walls, facias, down pipes, rusted roof,  

  • Replaced rusted hand rails on ramp 

  • Replaced tower sliding entry door 

  • Replaced smoke detectors 

  • Replaced training room ceiling fan. 

  • Fully renovated male and female showers and bathrooms downstairs including new benches 

  • Fixed internal door to gear shed 

  • Painted the inside and outside of the residence. 

  • New deck at the Residence. 

  • New bathrooms at the Residence. 

  • New Kitchen at the Residence. 

  • Air Cons in the Residence. 

  • Fixed broken doors at the Residence. 

  • Replaced both toilets at the residence 

  • New showers at the Residence 

  • Insulated ceiling at Residence 

  • New shed at the Residence. 

  • New front fence at the Residence 

  • New cooktop, microwave and oven at the Residence
