Director of Life Saving Services
The role of the Director of Life Saving Services is to oversee all life saving operations within Woolamai Beach SLSC, specifically, regarding the life saving services within the club.
Manager of Life Saving Equipment (Vice Club Captain)
Is responsible for managing the life saving equipment officers within the life saving services team. He/she is also in charge of ensuring all equipment is maintained to an operational standard.
Manager of Patrol Operations (Vice Club Captain)
Is responsible for the management behind the clubs various teams, working in close conjunction with the patrol captains. She/he oversees all patrol operations within the club
Lifesaving Services - Equipment Officers
+ Gear & Equipment Offcier
Is responsible for the club’s life saving operational equipment, ensuring the equipment is maintained to a respectable standard; thus allowing the club to reach its full operational potential and capacity in delivering a high-quality standard of service.
+ Radio Officer
The Radio Officer is responsible for maintaining and managing the radios within the club. Their focus is on the standard in which the radios are kept, to ensure that the club is able to liaise with other emergency service organisations, Life Saving Victoria and within the club itself.
+ IRB Officer
The IRB Officer is responsible for maintaining the club's IRB equipment to a high operational standard. Subsequently, the club is then able to respond to incidents and emergencies adequately (when the Inflatable Rescue Boats are required).
+ First Aid Officer
Focuses on the management of the First Aid equipment. He/She is in charge of the supply stock, ensuring that it is always ready and completely stocked for all possible incidents.
+ Mobile Equipment Officer
The Mobile Equipment Officer is in charge of all of Woolmai’s mobile equipment; specifically, they are to ensure that it is maintained to a high-quality, operational standard - making it readily available to respond to remote incident call-outs.
Bass Rescue Water Craft Manager
The Bass RWC manager/s are responsible for the management, direction and coordination of the Bass Jet-ski service based on Phillip Island
Patrol Mentor

Responsible for maintaining communications between the members of their respective patrol teams. They are responsible for all final decisions made on their specific patrol day/weekend.

The member engagement Manager is responsible for the engagement of all members within the clubs patrol and ensuring the members are active and well involved in all the patrol activities.
