Joining in the Nipper Program

 
 

“Are you interested in being involved in the Woolamai Beach Nipper Program? Surf Life Saving is a great activity for growing a child's confidence, knowledge and skills in the beach environment. Not only will your child have fun and meet new friends, they will become part of an iconic organisation that has served the Australian community for over 100 years”


To be able to participate in the Nipper Program, each member of the family MUST be a member of Woolamai Beach SLSC. Parents will need to go to the SLS website, create Family Group and enter the details of the primary member (parent/guardian) along with any other family members participating in Nippers.

New Members

To join as a new member go to sls.com.au/join


For assistance with creating a Family membership, instructions are provided below:

Upon clicking the link above, the first screen appear as follows:

Select the options as follows:
I would like to join: Surf Life Saving Club
The club I want to join: Woolamai Beach
I want to join: My family (this allows you to register both yourself and your child(ren) at once)
Give your family group a name: Enter a name for your family eg. Surname
Once these questions have been completed click Next

 

Enter the personal details here the primary member of the family group (parent/guardian), who must be 18 years old and over. You can provide the details of each other person in your family group by clicking Add Family Member. Once all family members have been added click Next

Here you will need to enter contact and emergency details for the primary member of the family group. Upon completing this and clicking Next you will be taken to the Summary page where you can see all details entered. Here you will be asked to create your Members Area account username and password.

The Members Area Portal will be used for any future membership renewals and so please use a username & password you will remember for the following season.

Step 7: You will be required to acknowledge and agree to the declaration statements.

 
 

Upon completing this and clicking Next you will see confirmation that your application has successfully been submitted, and you are now required to make a payment.

**Please Note: If you are participating in the Nippers Program, you are NOT required to make payment!
