Adult Bronze Course - **Change of Dates**
Due to low number of registrations, we have decided to conduct a combined Adult Bronze Course with Inverloch SLSC this year.
The following dates have been proposed:
Weekend 1: 12th & 13th November @ Inverloch (TBC)
Weekend 2: 19th & 20th November @ Woolamai (TBC)
If you are a Nipper Parent, general member or wanting to be involved in surf lifesaving, I would highly recommend participating in this course. The Bronze Medallion will enable you to assist with water safety, club events and patrols!
To register, please follow the steps here https://www.woolamaibeach.org.au/adult-bronze-medallion-course
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Women Leaders in Sport (WLIS) Program – last chance
The Australian Government’s Women Leaders in Sport (WLIS) Program is currently open, and has been extended to 30 September 2022. We encourage current and emerging women in lifesaving to apply for this development opportunity.
The objectives of this program are to provide leadership development opportunities for women; help sporting organisations create inclusive cultures and achieve gender equity; and drive a positive narrative around women leaders in sport

Alan Pitts Youth Development Fund
Hi all,
We have a great opportunity available to be able to help out with the Alan Pitts Youth Development Fund
Please see below for information on the fund, and the attached document for role descriptions
Information on Alan Pitts and the Fund:
The Alan Pitts Youth Development Fund was established in memory of former Club President, Life Member and Club legend, Alan Pitts who passed away in 2010.
Pittsy was one of Surf Life Saving's great characters who always saw the best in others and believed that Surf Life Saving was a way of life that offered young people a 'life changing' experience to develop and 'become the very best they can be'.
The purpose of the Fund is to financially support mentoring, training and development opportunities for youth members (14-24 years of age).
What we are after:
We are seeking expressions of interest for a Manager and Committee to administer the Alan Pitts Youth Development Fund and help raise funds, grow the fund, publicise the fund and assess applications for assistance.
