Skills Maintenance / Requalification
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, WBSLSC members MUST register for a requalification session through the LSV website. If you do not register through LSV you will be unable to requalify your awards.
We are just waiting for LSV to release the Skills Maintenance (requal) sessions for this season to everyone.
This season is going to be very different from previous seasons with limited numbers at a time being able to attend to complete their annual skills maintenance.
We are aiming to run sessions every weekend through to the end of the year.
Each day there will be 3x sessions of 20 people with the dates and times below:

Patrol Roster Amended
All scheduled patrols from Boxing day onwards have been removed from the roster and patrols will be rescheduled on version 3 of the roster to be released in the coming weeks.
This is due to the club just being granted an exemption for bunk room usage for patrolling operations. See below for more info on this.
Patrols scheduled from the 28th November 2020 up to and including the 20th December 2020 will remain as scheduled in V1 of the patrol roster.

Bunkrooms - Currently Closed, Reopening midseason.
In excellent news - LSV has just announced that exemptions have been made to allow bunkroom use for Lifesaving Club patrolling operations this season under strict social distancing and cleaning guidelines.
Due to this exemption only just being announced, the club will need some time to create a COVIDsafe bunk room use policy and procedure.
Bunk rooms will remain closed until the board of directors & COVIDSafe committee makes announcements otherwise. With bunk rooms to reopen mid-season, we will look to schedule traditional full weekend patrols from Boxing day onwards.
