Presentation Night Tickets!
Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Presentation Night is a chance for our members, partners, families and supporters to reflect on the season that was. It’s a time to welcome our latest brigade of Bronzies, to celebrate the new awards strived for and achieved, to recognize the difference our service makes and to honor those members who have made outstanding contributions in 2022/23 season.
Event Details
When: Saturday, 20th May 2023
Where: Silverwater Resort - 17 Potters Hill Rd, San Remo VIC 3925
Time: 6:30pm arrival for a 7:00pm start - 10:00pm
Dress Code: Formal Attire
Limited parking is available at the venue. A bus will be provided, to transport members between the clubhouse and the venue for no cost! For those wishing to use this service, please meet at Woolamai Beach Surf Life Saving Club no later than 6:00pm. This transportation is limited and will only involve a single trip in each direction.

Cost includes a 2 course meal (dinner & dessert) as well as pre dinner nibbles. Drinks are at bar prices.

After Party

SEAL’s Program - Applications Open
After 3 long years the Woolamai SEAL’s Program is making a comeback in 2023!
The SEAL’s program is an integrated and structured pathway for personal and professional development and is aimed at improving the skills and knowledge of a group of members who are committed and eager to become elite patrollers and leaders of the club.
The Program is run across multiple months in the offseason and requires commitment to attended most of the sessions however, If you are interested in applying but not sure if you can make all the dates, still apply and note down the dates your are unavailble!

Member Opportunity: Emergency Services AFL Match
LSV is once again excited for members to be involved in the annual Emergency Services AFL match between Hawthorn and Melbourne at the MCG.
The match organised by Hawthorn Football Club is a celebration of the selfless work and commitment of the Victorian emergency services. It will support raising vital funds for the Emergency Services Foundation, in addition to spreading awareness of the mental health issues that many in these fields experience.
Date: Saturday, 13 May 2023
Location: Melbourne Cricket Ground
Teams: Hawthorn FC v Melbourne FC
Time: Fan Zone Festival – 12:30pm Match – 4:35pm

Last year we had a few Woolamai Members participate in this event. It would be great to get a couple attend this year!

LSV Annual Member Survey
LSV would like to remind all members that the annual LSV end of season survey is still open and will close this Monday, 1 May at 9:00am.
The club with the highest percentage of respondents will win $1500 credit from Star Outdoor for club-branded outdoor items, e.g., marquees, flags & pull-up banners. Individual members will have a chance to win 1 of 10 vouchers worth $20 each, chosen at random.
Note members must be 18 years or older to participate, and all answers remain confidential. Members can contact research@lsv.com.au if they require assistance to complete the survey
