Coach Assistance & Development – Expression of Interest Winter Development Program

Calling for Expressions of Interest from Coaches to assist with the Winter Development Program In conjunction with the 2022 Winter Development (WD) Program, we are looking to provide a development pathway to upskill current lifesaving coaches and potential new coaches. We are calling for expressions of interest for coaches to assist with the coaching of the WD program alongside our Head Coach.

It is essential that we look towards the future of the sport and athlete development by ensuring that our clubs have sufficient coaches to continue to train lifesaving athletes. If you are currently coaching athletes within your club (accredited or not) and are passionate about the sport of lifesaving, we encourage you to submit and expression of interest to be part of the program and learn alongside a group of coaches to further develop your skills and knowledge.

If you are currently not an accredited coach and would like to formalise your coaching qualifications, we encourage you to make the commitment and join the program. This will give you the opportunity to gain practical experience whilst completing the relevant online qualifications. Program Dates:

To express interest to assist in the WD Program click HERE.

Expressions of interest close 11.00pm, Sunday 26 June.
